1. The Nails by Gunjan (www.nailsbygunjan.in) site is for booking appointments that allows users to schedule appointments for Nail Treatments, Hair Treatments, Beauty Treatments and Eyelash Treatments.
2. By using the website, you acknowledge that the availability of services and service providers may vary and are subject to change without notice.
3. Appointments can be scheduled based on the availability listed on the website. However, Nails by Gunjan does not guarantee the availability of a specific service provider at a requested time.
4. It is the responsibility of the user to provide accurate and up-to-date personal information when booking an appointment.
5. Payment for services is due at the time of the appointment, and Nails by Gunjan accepts cash and credit/debit cards.
6. 500 Rupees In-Advance payment is Compulsory payment in booking of every appointment
7. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment time and location. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee of 100 Rupees and the rest of 400 Rupees will be adjusted in the next appointment.
8. Payment for services is due at the time of the appointment. Accepted payment methods include cash and credit/debit cards.
9. Prices for services are displayed on the website and are subject to change without notice.
10. You must read Nails by Gunjan’s Privacy Policy which governs the protection and use of personal information about Users in the possession of Nails by Gunjan. You accept the terms of the Privacy Policy and agree to the use of personal information about you in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
11. Nails by Gunjan is committed to maintaining the privacy and security of user information. By using the website, you agree to the collection, use, and storage of your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy.
12. The user acknowledges that any information shared on the website, such as reviews or ratings, must comply with applicable laws and regulations. Nails by Gunjan reserves the right to remove or edit any user-generated content that violates these terms or is considered inappropriate.
13. Nails by Gunjan reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
14. Nails by Gunjan shall not be held responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use of its services or website, including but not limited to allergic reactions, negligence, or misuse of products or equipment.
15. Any disputes arising from the use of the website or services shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nails by Gunjan is located
16. All genuine and loyal customers  who are considered allergic may be notified about this in message sections earlier.
