Nails by Gunjan, we strive to provide excellent services and customer satisfaction. This refund and returns policy outlines our guidelines regarding refunds and returns for appointments booked through our website. Please carefully read and understand the following policy:
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
a). If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
b). Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment time. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee of 100 Rupees and the rest of 400 Rupees will be adjusted in the next appointment.
c). Depending on the timing of your cancellation or rescheduling request, there may be a cancellation fee or a rescheduling fee. These fees may vary based on the type of appointment and the notice given.
Refunds:
- We don’t provide any refund facility at all
For retail items, if they are faulty or non operational, we provide exchange.
Non-Refundable Services:
a). Some services may be marked as non-refundable at the time of booking. These services are typically those that require advance payment or special arrangements. Please carefully read the terms and conditions associated with such services before booking.
Returns:
a). Returns do not apply to the services provided by Nails by Gunjan. Once the service is rendered, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
